Pacific Building & Maintenance is a boutique building company based in the central Gold Coast specialising in small to mid size building, refurbishment, maintenance and repair projects.

We are fully insured and use only experienced and qualified trades. We are focused on providing quality service and finishes in the most efficient manner possible and as our testimonials show, we take great pride in our reputation and the satisfaction of our clients.

Scott has been involved in the building industry since 1997. After completing his building apprenticeship with his father he became one of the youngest in the state to obtain his Builders Licence at the age of 23. Since then he has gained significant experience across a broad range of areas and disciplines within the construction industry in both Australia and the United Kingdom.

Initially specialising in new homes, renovations and extensions, Scott went on to work in industrial “tilt up” projects, remedial building works, work to hospitality businesses inc pubs, restaurants and nightclubs, small and large scale shade structures as well as high-rise apartments and offices. After relocating from Canberra to the Gold Coast in 2008, he went on to establish Pacific Building & Maintenance.
